For our Canadian and mainland United States customers, shipping costs are $18 for the first book and $6 for each additional book. Orders are shipped by UPS ground service unless you request an alternate method (Canada Post).

The rest of the world: actual cost. Orders are shipped by UPS as they are faster, cheaper and more reliable.
